Chic and elegant Syon Park wedding

Chic, elegant and confident - we couldn’t think of better words to describe Rose and Scott and their wedding in Syon Park’s Great Hall and wedding reception in the Great Conservatory. When we met these two for their engagement shoot, we were struck by how despite both having high-flying careers, they exuded such warmth and playfulness in their love for each other. From their personal wedding ceremony, to both Rose and Scott both giving speeches, and the incredible dance party in the evening with their friends and family, their wedding day couldn’t have been a more perfect reflection of them.

Planned and styled by the incredibly talented Andri from Always Andri Weddings, this chic wedding featured soft and sophisticated pinks and greens that complimented Syon Park’s elegant features without overwhelming it. We loved how these tones played off the cool greens of the plants within the Great Conservatory, and the warm stones. It truly was a stunning day!

In addition to photographs, Rose and Scott asked us to capture a short highlight video of their wedding, capturing the mood and vibe of the day.

Rose got ready at the nearby Richmond Hill Hotel, surrounded by her bridesmaids and mum. She wore a dress by Maggie Sottero complete with a stunning train.

Her bridesmaids were just so supportive and organised - it was an incredible group of women to be around.

After she was ready, she was greeted by her dad and brother, who chauffeured her to Syon Park.

Scott and his crew got ready at the neighbouring Hilton Syon Park Hotel. It was a laid-back, relaxed morning before they headed over to Syon Park.

Syon Park’s Great Hall is truly a stunning place for a wedding ceremony. The neoclassical architecture and sculptures are offset by enormous windows and doors on the sides. This creates an open, airy venue flooded with natural light. With such an incredible setting, it is important to not overwhelm it — Andri opted for a sophisticated minimalism, combining ghost chairs and greenery to great effect. The two floral urns by Blue Sky Flowers with their soft pinks and whites complemented and framed the space perfectly.

As we waited for her bridesmaids to arrive, we snapped a few portraits of Rose in the Private Apartments of Syon Park House.

Moments like this are why we love capturing wedding days.

After the wedding ceremony, we snuck them into the Private Apartments for a few quick portraits before sending them off to the cocktail hour in the Inner Courtyard of Syon House.

This showstopper of a cake by Sugar Plum Bakes was modelled on the textures of the Great Conservatory. It stood like a work of art among the cacti.

We absolutely love when brides give a speech on their wedding day!

We snuck Rose and Scott off for a few portraits just before sunset — it’s one of those things we love to do with our couples, as it gives them a bit of calm during an incredibly busy day!

After dinner, their guests were invited to join them for espresso martinis and cake in the Cactus House.

Two proud parents, taking it all in.

While the guests were in the Cactus House, Andri and her team transformed the Great Conservatory into a romantic dance floor.

After their first dance, these two and their friends and family showed they know how to throw a party.

That just married glow in the mid-day light!

What a day, and what an honour to capture it. We wish you both all the very best!
